Roland Loup
Over the past forty years Dr. Loup has been an organization manager, leader and consultant. He is recognized as a highly effective international consultant and workshop leader in helping organization leaders plan and execute transformational change. His consultant client list includes Fortune 500 companies, healthcare, federal, state and county government agencies, manufacturing, service organizations, library systems and energy companies. He has consulted in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and India. For the past five years, he has been the strategic planning consultant and coach to the human resources leadership team in a leading United States university. Over the past 25 years he has co-developed and co-led workshops around the world on for organization leaders and consultants on organization transformation and change leadership. He has co-authored Real-Time Strategic Change: A Consultant Guide to Large-Scale Meetings; Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in Organizations; and Whole-Scale Change Toolkit and has written over 100 papers on organization change leadership, strategic thinking and planning, and organizational consulting. He practices through his own firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan and is Partner Emeritus in Dannemiller Tyson Associates. He holds a PhD in Statistics from Iowa State University.
Deb Peluso
Deb has spent over a decade collaborating with clients in military, government, non-profit and Fortune 500 organizations to improve organizational performance and execute large-scale change initiatives. She began her career studying how experts size up their environments and make quick decisions in complex, time pressured situations in fields as diverse as healthcare, government compliance, consumer products development, international peacekeeping, urban combat, and software development. Her work focused on eliciting tacit knowledge and finding the best ways to enable the transfer of knowledge and expertise to others – through the design of jobs, knowledge management systems, user interfaces, and training programs. Deb has also held positions as an organization development consultant in a major academic medical center and in two Fortune 100 financial services and manufacturing organizations, where she focused on individual, team, and enterprise-wide change management projects and initiatives.
Believing that people support what they help create, Deb practices inclusive, participatory change leadership. She is also passionate about coaching clients on tools, processes, and frameworks they can use to effectively lead and manage organizations. Currently, her practice is focused on the following disciplines:
- Harvesting the wisdom of individuals and teams for knowledge management, leadership development, succession planning, training, and mentoring applications and programs
- Large scale participative change facilitation that empowers those within the system to co-create their future

Deb is a published author in organization development, human resources, and related literatures. She published Preserving Employee Know-How, and Compete, Coordinate, Collaborate: Journeys in OD-HR Partnerships in the May 2010 edition of HR Magazine and the Fall 2010 edition of the OD Practitioner. She has also presented at a variety of conferences and professional meetings on topics including knowledge management, leadership, decision-making skills in high pressure situations, situation awareness and sensemaking, and organization design.
